Hi Craft Addicts! Well here it is! Number 3 card - this time I have chosen to make it an easel one. Again I have used one of the 6" x 6" card and envelope in the kit, the "Sending you a message with love sentiment and black card from the Moonlight kit.( See below for more details ) I first of all turned the card to make it "tent fold" and then scored the front of the card in the middle and folded it back in on itself and then opened it again - this creates an "easel" card which I thought would make it more interesting. I then cut 2 equal pieces of the Autumn Leaves paper (14x7cm) and glued them to the two sections of the card front. I then added the topper to the black card (which I had already die cut using the Celtic Dream Layering die set ) making sure it was in the centre of the design. After it was dry I then added some Collall All Purpose Glue to the bottom half leaving the top half clear and then placed it on the bottom half ...

Moonlight - Wolf Card No. 2 - Birthday (Singing...) Hi Craft Addicts!  And yes, I have done another one - this must be some form of record...Here is the second card in the challenge I have set myself... this time I have decided to use one of the 8" x 8" square cards and have once again added a few extra embellishments to what was in the kit - I know I have cheated a bit... but most of the items used are probably in your crafty stash! I first cut 2 strips approximately 6cm x 195cm of the patterned vellum/parchment paper (this one has a green foil to looks "wood-like") and attached them using the red liner tape to the card - I had put the first lot down at the edge and then measured where the next bit should go by marking the card lightly with a pencil. Having repeated this on the other side of the card, I then added the topper to the oval cream card stock - I must admit that I had used the inside of both this and the black card to make other ...

Wolf card using a Pollyanna Pickering image - completed Well I have done it ... here is my first card from the challenge I have set myself yesterday.. and chose the round topper and the "Let's Celebrate Birthday girl" sentiment along with one of the 6" (150mm) square cards in the pack.  I then thought it would look better as a tent fold card (where the fold is at the top) and chose the "checkered" patterned background paper and then cut it to fit the card (6cm x 15cm) which I then glued to the card in the centre (cutting it after it was attached so the cut was more accurate). Don't tape it all down as you will want to hide some of the raffia which acts as a ribbon for the tag once it is all done. Pollyanna Pickering World Wildlife Collection - Moonlight Card Making Kit I have had this kit (from  Creative Crafting World ) for some time and thought I better start making some cards from it - so how many different cards can I make from this one kit using only the items in the  Wolf  pack (and with as few as possible extra bits n pieces)? Howling - Wolf and Moon Card making kit from Pollyanna Pickering  You get the following items - 2 A4 die cut sheets (including toppers, borders, sentiments+ embellishments, 3 A4 complementing background papers (150gsm), 2 A4 sheets of black card (200gsm), 4 6" x 6" cards and envelopes (280gsm), 4 8" x 8" cards and envelopes (280gsm), and an inspiration sheet... Hi craft addicts! I thought in this blog, I would show how I decorated two memo cube blocks  which measure 95x95x95mm and holds 850 sheets of paper.  The red one has been decorated with papers from the Raining Cats n Dogs series   from  Graphic 45  and the blue one with Crafter's Companion Sweet times card). The way that I did them varied slightly and will go through it below:- First of all you need to choose the memo block - there are so many styles and shapes out there that this is just a guide... and take out the paper (making sure you don't damage them or spread them on the floor!) Hopefully by this time you will have decided which paper/card you would like to use - 12"x12" would be the most practical as there will be enough paper to cover all "faces" of the block - though having said that I used the A3 Sweettimes pattern (now no longer available) from Crafter's Companion for the blue one! They do have these  one...

Peel off stickers - have they had their day? .... Do Peel off stickers (wherever they come from) have their day? So many people seem to think they do, but I for one,  do use them occasionally (both Craft Creations and Handy Hippo  stock a wide variety). Peel off stickers - assortted types The borders and frames are ideal if you haven't quite cut something out quite right and have got a wonky edge and want to cover it up! Both come in plain and fancy designs as you can see from the above pic - they also come in a variety of colours which is useful if you want to co-ordinate a frame to a topper....
