Love Lives Here Valentine's Day A5 card

Love Lives Here Valentine's Day A5 card Hi Craft addicts! Well I am back from being a bit preoccupied with stuff to write my latest blog which is a Valentine's day themed card... How I made this card:- I first of all cut out a piece of red linen effect card to fit an A5 white card (again linen effect) - I used a guillotine (We R Memory Keepers to do this but you could use a paper trimmer or even your Brother Scan n Cut to do this) I then stuck it to the card using a wet glue as it allows me so wiggle time to get it in the right place.. Using the Love Lives Here set of dies from Paper Boutique (Creative Crafting World), I cut the main die out in white and the circle out of red card. I then spent some time making sure that all the waste was removed. I used Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue to attach them to the middle of the card. I wanted a slightly smaller circle to add the sentiment on to rather than the mat layer that it comes with so used a Tattered Lace die to cut ...

New Year 2019

Hi Craft addicts! Well I hope you all had a great Christmas and Happy New Year to you all! I decided not to do my usual 365 day challenge this year but needed to have something to work on - so have various ideas - one of which is taking part in the 64 million artist challenge which you can find on Twitter, Facebook etc... Some of them are really good (I am doing this with my daughter and so far have written a couple of stories (very short and silly) but it is great fun to do it with her as we can compare notes etc.... So there is a challenge a day - some to be honest are a bit vague but others are indeed worth doing - for instance today's option is to upcycle/recycle something (I am still trying to work out what to do for this one) and I am looking forward to seeing what comes in the next weeks. I have also decided that I have so much crafty stash that I must try and used some of them up before I disappear under them! So again, I am planning to perhaps use a particula...
